The MLIS Program, St. Catherine University, will hold its annual MLIS Summit the evening of Monday, May 2, 2016, 5-8 PM, Rauenhorst Ballroom, Coeur de Catherine Building, Saint Paul campus.
All members of the MLIS Program community including new and current students, alums, advisory council members, employers, and area LIS Professionals, friends of the program and more are invited to attend.

Priority date for registration is Monday, April 18, 2016 to help us with our catering order.
This year’s Summit program features:
Social time with refreshments (5-6 pm) with running slide presentation on MLIS student accomplishments this academic year.
Alumni Panel and Discussion on the Topic “What Does the MLIS Program Degree Mean to Me” (6-7 pm). Panelists: Pamela M. Harris, JD; Deni Buendorf, Buckham Memorial Library, Faribault, MN; Rebecca Ryan, Branch Manager, Saint Paul Public Library; Amy Mars, Outreach Librarian, St. Catherine University Library; 5th panelist TBA.
Updates from the Faculty on their review of MLIS Student Learning Outcomes and the Curriculum; time for conversation with the faculty (7-8 pm).
Raffle for prizes for attendees
